Valentines Day!

Bryant's teacher actually held a 100 days of school/Valentines day party!  This is our first party of the year!  No Harvest party near Halloween, and when there wasn't going to be a Winter party near Christmas I asked her if she was just not into parties, the answer was yes.  I think the kids had so much fun!  She had different stations set up around the room.  Above Bryant is glueing his cheerios to a piece of paper that had a big 100 on it to celebrate the 100th day of school!  There was also an eating table, one for decorating your Valentine holder and coloring a pennant.  Below he is checking out his loot!
I decided to make my first cheesecake for my family.  It turned out great!  It chilled overnight and the morning of Valentines day I opened the fridge and noticed a block of cream cheese sitting there.  Ugh!  It was supposed to have all three blocks and I had only used two in the recipe!  It was Lime Coconut Cheesecake and it was a tad bit limey but so good!  As a friend said, it is less fattening this way!   Ha ha!

A Little Help From His Sister

I forgot to post these photos from right before Bry lost his two front teeth!  Here he is checking them out in the dirty mirror!
Bravely letting his big sister have a go at it!
And that is all folks!  He was having no more of this tooth pulling, by anyone!

Two Front Teeth in Two days!

How cute is he?  This past Saturday he lost one of his front teeth while crawling up the stairs and slipped bumping his mouth on the step.  He said, "Ugh!  My tooth fell out!"  It was hanging on by the teeniest thread, it didn't bleed at all.  The Tooth Fairy came that night.  Now about the second front tooth...  He has always wanted to lose a tooth at school because you get sent to the office where they give you a plastic tooth that is actually a tooth holder!  He has lost his other teeth at home or at church, yes Sydney was showing him how to pull his tooth out and she actually did it on accident!  So I get a text from a friend who just happened to be in the office at school that day that he had just lost his tooth!  He was so excited!  And he decided not to give the tooth to the Tooth Fairy, he still has it in the tooth holder!  Now his permanent teeth are already coming in and he won't look like my little baby anymore!  He is growing up so fast!
