They had been talking up this huge snow storm to hit the Seattle area for days and this is what we got! An inch, maybe... But of course the kids dug out their snow clothing and boots and headed outside to play! We had three days of 90 minute late start at school this week and Thursday and Friday off. An early start to Christmas break. Yeah! I must report that to the north and south of us got dumped on, somehow it missed us and Seattle.

That is crazy that you guys got so little snow. We got about 3 inches down our way.
At least the kids got to have a little fun in it!
We're so used to snow, I forget to bother taking pictures of the kids playing in it. In the almost four years we've lived here, we've gotten storms that dump as much as 12 inches at a time, and we've NEVER had a snow day-- not even a delay.
