Saturday we headed for Squawk Mt. for a hike with friends. It was foggy and beautiful. We made it near the top, but the kids petered out and didn't want to go any further (It was pretty uphill the whole way).The sun came out and was streaming in through the trees, so pretty. For some reason my girls seem to think they need to bring something with them wherever we go... Taylor brought her school binder and Sydney brought her notebook and pen. Bryant pee'd in the forest and was slow, he got a ride down the mountain as he was too tired.

I LOVE the new background. Don't be surprised if you see it on my blog too one of these days. Your hike sounds like fun, a good way to burn off some of that energy the kids seem to have in abundance. I am glad we are reconnected. :)
