Nana's Birthday weekend

After returning home from Oregon and Utah, we rested and washed clothes then headed to Portland for a few days to celebrate Nana's 65th Birthday!  She had our weekend packed with fun!  We hit another Family fun center in Wilsonville and played some miniature golf.  Bryant had a hard time figuring out just how to use the club to hit the ball.  He used his hands a lot to just drop the ball into the hole.
Uncle Darren was keeping score for everyone on three cards and the kids would go golf their hole and then run back to find him so he could record their scores.  The kids got a lot of exercise that day, back and forth.  He was the last to golf and was so far behind everyone else since he had to stop and record scores all the time.  He was a good sport though.  This is Sydney and cousin K about to take off running for the hole they were on next, I made then freeze for a photo.

The tree swing on  the weeping willow tree.Saturday morning we headed to the Portland LDS Temple to do baptisms and it was Taylor's first time.  She had a great experience and loved it as did the rest of us.  We were doing names for Louise's family.  This was Nana's birthday gift, to be in the temple with her family, minus five, oh and the concrete garden bench too.  Todd is standing funny due to his back being out of alignment...ouch!
Taylor and Sydney were about to help out Nana.  Just look at the frustration on her face!!!  Too funny!  They weren't even trick candles either.
Nana likes to sew and she made the kids each pajamas and matching pajamas and blankets for their Build a bear animals.  Sydney brought her twin doll, although she thinks she needs to cut her doll's hair now to match hers...

I kept my eye out for Taylor at camp, and I did see her from a distance on Wednesday, but I didn't think she knew me well enough for me to go over and bother her while she was with her friends. I didn't want to embarrass her. Looks like their camp was awesome. Hope she had a blast.
